  教授,博士生导师,中国科学院百人计划,澳门永利最老登录入口“唐敖庆”特聘教授,吉林省高层次人才B类人选,吉林省第六批拔尖创新人才第三层次人选,IEEE(美国电气和电子工程师协会)高级会员。团队主要从事健康大数据挖掘核心算法、以及融合生物组学、医学影像、心电脑电和电子病历等异构医学大数据的融合建模算法等方面的研究。

  主持或参与包括863和中科院先导等各级别项目,主持金额合计近500万元。已发表SCI索引期刊学术论文104篇。根据SCI数据库统计,总引用次数2083次,他引次数1614次。学术成果多次在包括Nature Protocols、Nucleic Acids Research、和Bioinformatics等学术期刊上发表。相关成果连续荣获多次国际疾病预测竞赛较好排名。应邀担任多个SCI索引期刊的副主编或编委,并多次(每一类均超过20次)应邀评审国际和国内项目标书、国际学术期刊和会议的投稿论文。

  目前已毕业的学生找到的工作机会包括阿里巴巴、字节跳动、百度和南方信投等大数据挖掘领域的大数据分析师等职位,也有多位HILabers选择国内外顶级高校继续深造。欢迎有志于从事大数据领域研究和开发的同学保研和报考本实验室的计算机应用专业博士研究生、计算机学院和软件学院学硕和专硕
